Initial Consultation
The Consultation is where we chat about what you are looking to do before creating a plan of transformation.
New Build Consult
Building a new house and feeling overwhelmed by all the choices? We are here for you! KI can come along to new build appointments!
Color Services
Trying to coordinate paint colors, flooring, or nail down the right backsplash? We are your guides, and will make it coordinate beautifully!
Mood Board Creation
Not exactly visualizing where we're taking the designs? No problem! We use digital mood boards to help you envision our design plans!
Designer Fees
KI's interior designer fees begins at $75.00 per hour and goes up from there based on the scope of the project. *We can offer a ballpark quote but note that ballpark quotes are estimates and can change based on unknowns as the project unfolds.
Step One
Step one is the consultation where we walk through your home and discuss what you are looking for and what you'd like to change; we learn your needs, and how you use the space. At this meeting we take pictures and get measurements.
Step Two
Whether you're looking to use what you have and supplement some items, or if you want do a complete overhaul, we give our recommendations of what the space needs. In addition, we use a digital board tool to ensure we understand the style you're going for.
Step Three
Next, we decide which furniture & accessory pieces you need. We also begin collecting and showing you samples if your project requires them. Example: flooring, back splash, etc.
*Note: If you are doing custom pieces such window coverings or upholstery pieces, we show you fabric samples at this time.
Step Four
Lastly, we place orders & shop for all items your project needs and schedule installation day. On install day, KI comes in to set up your newly designed space!​
